The hotel is fine! The décor, and the live music next door was lovely. I loved relaxing in the beautiful bar after a day of exploring, and the luxurious sauna was a highlight for me. Plus, the location can't be beat-everything is within walking distance.

The location of the hotel is perfect, you can go everywhere on foot. The hotel is very nice and very well preserved. The piano bar is very lively and pleasant. The staff is very friendly. One block from the Vienna Opera.
I had booked a deluxe double room which was on the top floor, when I arrived I was told that I was better off with a junior suite on the first floor with no stairs. room faced the street and seemed nice, problem was that having vintage windows passed the cold and heating was a problem because when we went up at night, we dried our throats and woke up upset. we couldn't turn it down because we were dying of cold. As it was an old room, air conditioning was difficult, although the room was not ugly, it did not attract my attention because it was not comfortable and bathroom was even less so. I do not recommend this type of room (junior suite on the first floor) because it has a heating system that is literally sick, old and not in keeping with a five-star hotel.

The hotel took care of the impeccable service. The beds were extremely comfy, the room was recently refurbished. The venue was in an incredible and lovely location just off the Imperial which is very conveniently located to do all the city sights within walking distance and the piano bar.

Very high class hotel, central location old world charm
Breakfast is not up to par for this kind or hotel - paisties are not morning baked and some juices are not fresh. Skip hotel breakfast.

Room far exceeded expectations and the photos on the web-site need to be shot again with a more professional photographer to capture the excellence of the interiors.

We had an amazing group vacation, just a few minutes' walk from the State Opera and Musikverein concert halls. The hotel staff was super helpful, and our Beautiful King Room was spacious and comfortable. Definitely check out the breakfast spread-it sets the day right, though it starts a bit late!

We stayed in a Beautiful King Room for 3 nights. The room was spacious with air conditioning, a minibar, and a beautiful seating area. We loved the fitness center and sauna for relaxation. The breakfast had a fantastic variety, with imperial torte and freshly brewed coffee. The service was really good, with every detail attended to.
